About business trip fees
It is based in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, and for business trip photography except for Newborn photo shoots and some Miyamairi and Shichigosan photo shoots, if it is within an hour and a half (about 50 km) down the road from the base. Business trip fee is included in the plan fee.

For shooting requests in places beyond the free business trip area, a separate business trip fee will be charged as follows.
Business trip fees are paid in cash on the day of the event.

We have received the necessary high-speed round-trip fee, and we are responsible for the gasoline fee.
Weekdays and weekends and holidays are different due to ETC charges.

If traveling by car is difficult over long distances, we will ask you by train, high-speed bus, airplane, etc.
In that case, a public transportation fee will be charged separately.
Accommodation fee will be added if necessary.
If you are not sure if your desired shooting location is out of range, please contact us.
Also, if you need to cross the mountainous area even within the free business trip area, or if there is a place where there is a risk of road surface freezing in winter or a place that is closed due to a disaster, use the expressway in consideration of safety. In some cases.
In that case, please note that you may be required to pay the expressway fee separately after consulting in advance.
If there is no parking lot at the shooting location, we will use a nearby coin parking lot.
The parking fee will be charged separately regardless of the distance from Uji.
