Cancellation due to personal reasons will be charged 50% 7 days before and 100% on the day of each plan fee.

No cancellation fee will be charged up to 8 days before the reservation date.
 

If the set plan fee has been settled in a lump sum and some of the shots have been taken and the other part is canceled, the difference between the basic charge of the shot plan alone and the set plan will be calculated, and the above rate will be applied.

Set fee 55,000 yen (excluding tax)-Maternity photo single basic charge 20,000 yen (excluding tax) = difference 35,000 yen ● Newborn photo 8 days before reservation date:

▶ ︎No cancellation fee, refund 35,000 yen

● Newborn Photo Cancellation 7 to 1 day before the reservation date:

▶ ︎Difference 35,000 yen x 50% = Cancellation fee 17,500 yen / Refund 17,500 yen ● Newborn Photo Cancellation on the day of reservation:

▶ ︎Cancellation fee 35,000 yen, no refund

If you make a reservation for a set plan and cancel the shooting for your own convenience, the above rate will be applied to the basic charge of the latest shooting plan alone.

If you have canceled the shooting and want to make another shooting reservation at another time, please pay the fee in advance.

In addition, cancellation fees are not charged for cancellations related to unavoidable circumstances such as poor physical condition or the new coronavirus.

It is possible to shoot in rainy weather as well as in stormy weather of warning level.

Cancellations due to weather will also be subject to the above rules.

If the shooting date is required to be fine, please check the weekly forecast at least 8 days in advance before making a decision.

In either case, no change fee will be charged for postponing the date and time.

If you wish to cancel after the schedule is postponed for your own convenience, the cancellation fee will be converted based on the reservation date before the postponement that was originally reserved.
